Please note: This dish has an MOQ of 3 legs in order to serve 10pax. If you need just 1 or 2 legs then head on over to the barbecue menu.
We dry-salt brine our goat legs overnight with a herb mix and pre-bake them in our oven to get them juicy and tender. We then finish them over a charcoal grill to seal in that "nyama choma" flavor. Enjoy with our kachumbari.
